As Chief Marketing & Analytics Officer, Aaron is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of C-SATS’ marketing organization driving C-SATS’ brand by connecting the company's innovations to its customers every day. Aaron has 20 years of marketing, management and entrepreneurial experience that has focused on driving change, creating vision, building talent, and designing large-scale, profitable marketing programs and partnerships.
Prior to joining C-SATS, Aaron was the Vice President of Marketing & eCommerce at The HON Company, a division of HNI. Prior to The HON Company, Aaron was a founder & CEO of AdReady, Inc., an automated marketing technology that executes online advertising campaigns for thousands of customers including top brands such as ESPN, American Express, and Yahoo!.
Voted one of Seattle’s Top 25 Innovators by Seattle Business Magazine in 2009, Aaron has brought an innovative, analytically focused acumen to marketing that helped drive change at The HON Company, success at AdReady and Classmates.com, which under his marketing leadership became one of the world’s five largest online advertisers.
