Vice President of Customer success
As VP Customer Success, Catherine partners with customers to maximize the value of the C-SATS performance improvement platform, and oversees operations. Catherine brings over 20 years of management consulting, strategy and finance experience, spanning across multiple industries, including specialty pharmaceuticals, technology, new media, and social enterprise.
Most recently, Catherine served as the Senior Manager of Strategy for the Global Supply Operations team at Expedia. In this role, she partnered with senior leadership to set the strategic direction of the nearly 2,000 person organization and to drive the realization of the strategic/ operational plan. Additionally, she managed several strategic and complex projects, including an organizational change program that drove over $1 million dollars of annualized value, while improving key quality metrics. The program entailed training over 1,000 team members globally on new capabilities.
Catherine gained her consulting skills while she was a manager at Deloitte Consulting, in the Strategy and Operations practice. At Deloitte she cultivated skills in the areas of process improvement, corporate finance strategy, project management and change. Prior to Deloitte she ran finance departments at several public companies. Catherine also earned her CPA while employed at Ernst and Young, LLP, specializing in the tech sector. Catherine holds a B.A. in Business Administration, Accounting and a Certificate of International Studies and Business from the University of Washington.
Catherine mentors students at the University of Washington and serves on the audit committee of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington in an effort to build the next generation of women leaders.
