Sean O'Connor

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Sean is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all sales and revenue initiatives for the company.  In his role he is focused on proper integration and alignment of all revenue-related functions, including sales, marketing, customer support, pricing, and revenue management. 

He is an accomplished and recognized leader in the healthcare sector.  Prior to C-SATS, Sean spent almost ten years with Intuitive Surgical.  During his time at Intuitive, he served in a variety of leadership roles in both sales and training.  Most notably he was the Global Director of Customer Training, and the Area Vice President of Sales.  He consistently led his teams to achieve all revenue goals in one of the fastest growing medical device companies in US history, and in the process, helped transform Intuitive Surgical into a Fortune 500 company.  

Prior to his work in healthcare, Sean served as an officer in the United States Navy and spent a majority of his time deployed overseas working on a number of counter terrorism initiatives.
