1. Must be a surgeon with an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) to access the C-SATS platform. 
2. Signed User License Agreement (ULA) required to activate account and enable manual video upload. 
3. Metadata may include date and time stamps. 
4. Video sharing within same institution and in some instances the C-SATS community. 
5. Expert Feedback includes up to two (2) expert qualitative reviews per month per license. 
6. Objective Performance Assessments includes up to twelve (12) quantitative scores per year per license.
7. Outcomes analytics requires access to customer EHR data.
